Set date for Race Managers meeting in Feb. 04.

Set date for pre-summer season, summer camp and Budget meeting in Mar.04. (JA suggests weds 31st March at Arrington Arms Bass).

Confirm Summer Camp 04 to go ahead, RH volunteers to run. Head coach?

i)        Scratch team racing. (JA input – to be decided by Race Managers? need another official & perhaps trophies and medals not needed.)

ii)       Trophies – which still outstanding, known to be in existence.

Will Daphne continue to do it?

     iii)       ERSA Media and Criminal Records[1] rep. – any offers/ideas?.

     iv)       Sno Zone summer race(s).

 

[1] JA Note: According to Snowsport England, at a later date ERSA may have to apply for Criminal Records Bureau checks on volunteers and others.  We need a rep. to deal with this - preferably someone already passed through CRB system i.e Police or Prison officer, Social Worker, Magistrate.
